Great care about warranty to our products has been seriously given in Keyline Meter. And all our standard products will enjoy the following terms of after-sale service:

  •  “3 R” service that is repair, replacement and refund will cover Keyline’s substandard products for 12 months from the date of the delivey.

  • Keyline will arrange engineer, professional technician or designate local agent to solve any quality problem given by the customer during the guarantee period within 48 hours after the notice of discovery reaches.

  • Keyline will take on the responsibility to repair or replace any problem products free if the quality problems come from the product itself under warranty period, and will help to repair the problem products and charge if the problems are caused by improper administration, application or use, installation, service, repair or maintenance of the relevant products, or by any causes whatsoever (including but not limited to environmental conditions).

  • Keyline provides life-long maintenance to its products.
